In this role, you will be one of the main points of contact for our customers. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments through our POS system, serve food, assist with takeout and delivery orders, and help ensure customers have a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. We are hiring immediately and looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately Enter orders into the POS system and process cash, credit card, and digital payments Serve food to customers and assist with table service Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate Check orders for accuracy before serving or packaging Prepare and organize takeout and delivery orders Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served accurately and promptly Keep the front counter, dining area, and service stations clean and organized Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer requests Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed Qualifications Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling cash and processing customer payments Able to multitask and remain organized during busy periods Previous restaurant, cashier, server, or customer service experience is preferred POS experience is preferred, but training can be provided Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one as required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant front-of-house duties Immediate availability preferred Why Join Us?
