Job Requirements & Functions:

1. Experience of moderate-fine dining food service is required. Experience with Japanese cuisine and sake is desired. 2. Evening availability, as well as weekends and holidays. (Closed Mondays) A t Sushi Tozai, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and interact with a diverse group of employees and guests. The following is a list of some of the daily functions of the job. Functions as a Server… 1. Primary functions for serving include all aspects of a positive food service experience for our guests. 2. Servers will be required to complete tasks from opening, mid shift and closing checklist. A few examples of these tasks are stocking beverages, wiping down surfaces, dishes, sweeping/ mopping specified areas, and cleaning of restrooms. 3. Servers must display a positive, friendly, and honest mode of conducting themselves while at work. Bullying, stealing, and use of alcohol/drugs will not be permitted. Expectation for Exceptional guest experience … 1. Friendly, welcoming and warm attitude towards all guests and staff members. 2. Open communication with coworkers, guests and management. 3. Quick and reliable service standards.
