Server/Waiter

Job Description Rosalinda's is looking for an Experienced Server in our Selma, CA location. This position will train and assist with the service and hospitality of our guests. The Server will assist in training and ensuring that they are properly equipped to serve and interact with our guests. The position will also assist in maintaining a clean, sanitized, safe and inviting environment for our guests. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation to and from work High School Diploma or GED Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and help them if needed Must be able to work as part of a team Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours) Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting guests when they enter or exit the building Checking guests out after visits (including accepting cash, credit cards and other forms of payment) Cleaning the restaurant (including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.)and restocking supplies as needed. (This includes but is not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting etc.) Operating the cash register and other office equipment as directed. (This includes but is not limited to: fax machine, copier, computer etc.) Opening and closing as directed. (This includes but is not limited to: opening and closing the front door, checking email etc.)(This includes but is not limited to: lifting up to 50 pounds)
