Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments with accuracy Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols like Food handling and Food safety guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in fast food service or restaurant environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or transactions efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Kitchen familiarity is beneficial for understanding food preparation processes Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
