Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest Guide guests through our menu with confidence, including wine recommendations Maintain a strong understanding of food, wine, and seasonal offerings Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks, handling cash or card transactions accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Skills Prior serving experience in an upscale or high-volume environment Strong communication and multitasking skills A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Wine knowledge (or eagerness to learn) is a big plus Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations professionally Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales while maintaining genuine enthusiasm for the offerings Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures If you're someone who takes pride in great service and wants to be part of a thoughtful, hospitality-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
