Full-time / Part-time Hello! We are Kazan Barbecue , a brand-new Korean Barbecue restaurant opening soon in the El Paseo Shopping Center. We are building a team that connects with and represents our local community. Position Summary - Server As a Server at Kazan Barbecue, you will provide exceptional hospitality, guide guests through the Korean Barbecue dining experience, and ensure each table receives attentive, friendly service. Previous restaurant service experience is highly valued. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the Korean Barbecue dining process Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Maintain high standards of presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction Operate table-side grills as trained (cooking guidance and occasional grill assistance may be required) Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal Respond to questions, resolve issues quickly, and maintain positive guest relationships Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling guidelines Clear tables, reset sections, and support bussing duties as needed Assist teammates during peak hours to maintain smooth service flow Qualification Prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting Strong hospitality skills and a guest-first mindset Confidence in multitasking, order accuracy, and communication Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Good understanding of English required Team-oriented, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure Education No formal education required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Pay Minimum Wage + Tip Pool Contact If you have any further questions, or would like to send an application, please email linspiremanagement@gmail.com.
