Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Your ability to engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction will contribute significantly to our establishment's reputation for outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about specials and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices. Background in hospitality or restaurant settings, preferably within a nightclub environment. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Excellent guest service skills, with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
