As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines at all times. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
