Our events range from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions and include weddings, showers, birthday parties, employee meetings, holiday parties, and more. We are looking for dependable, professional, and hardworking team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position offers a flexible schedule with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Responsibilities Load and unload catering equipment, food, beverages, and supplies from company vehicles Assist with event setup, including buffets, food stations, tables, place settings, and service areas Provide professional food and beverage service throughout events Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event spaces Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and loading equipment after events Participate in occasional warehouse organization, cleaning, and preparation days Follow jW Catering service standards, food safety procedures, and event instructions Work collaboratively with chefs, event captains, and other catering staff Qualifications Previous food service, catering, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and supplies Valid California driver's license Clean driving record Current California Food Handler/Food Safety Certification Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Job Type Part-Time / Full-Time / Flexible Schedule Pay $20.00-$25.50 per hour, depending on experience
