The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly within an upscale food service setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Sell daily specials Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service. Experience in a upscale and fast-paced environment is preferred. Knowledge of food service practices, including food handling and preparation techniques. Familiarity with wine service Ability to communicate with guests' suggested wine and cocktail pairings. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere.
