This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Start Date:

Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system. Grill, serve, and monitor meats according to guest preferences, restaurant standards, and food safety procedures. Deliver food, beverages, sauces, utensils, and other guest requests in a timely and accurate manner. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions, and promotions. Communicate effectively with teammates and managers Process cash, card, and other payments accurately while following cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, dining areas, and guest-facing spaces. Follow daily checklists, SOPs, opening and closing procedures, sanitation standards, safety rules, and company policies. Assist teammates with running food, clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining service efficiency. Be punctual, reliable, responsive to scheduling, and able to perform under pressure. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant preferred. BBQ experience preferred. Strong team communication and coordination skills. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming dining experience. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm during busy service periods. Ability to understand menu items, ingredients, allergens, and restaurant service procedures. Strong attention to detail, order accuracy, table awareness, and time management. Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules as needed. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Fluent in English.
