We are a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences through quality food and attentive service. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a busy restaurant environment, communicates effectively, and maintains a positive and professional attitude under pressure. As a Food Runner, you will play an essential role in supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring food is served promptly and accurately to guests, assisting front-of-house staff, and maintaining an efficient and organized dining environment. Key Responsibilities Serve food items directly to guests' tables promptly and accurately. Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient food service. Assist with organizing food orders and ensuring accuracy before serving guests. Support servers and other front-of-house team members during busy service periods. Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain efficient table turnover. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining and service areas. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment is preferred but not required. Experience in high-volume restaurants, hot pot restaurants, or all-you-can-eat dining establishments is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist team members. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing operational needs. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining professional workplace standards. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts. Ability to perform repetitive movements, including bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying. Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced restaurant environment. Scheduling & Availability Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is preferred. Ability to work efficiently during peak dining hours. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
