Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and operating kitchen equipment to meet quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and upselling items to enhance sales. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and sanitation stations in compliance with food safety standards. Manage food service customer order management to ensure timely delivery of orders and high customer satisfaction. Support food safety management practices by following sanitation protocols and handling food safely at all times. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is essential. Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety, sanitation, and operating kitchen equipment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Food industry or restaurant experience is a plus; familiarity with retail sales transactions is beneficial.
