Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain a clean, organized dining area in compliance with sanitation standards Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in fine dining or nightclub settings Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or guest services enhances your candidacy Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations required Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not mandatory contact manager at 2137035476
