Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and manage cash handling responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized service station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address inquiries or concerns promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience Manage beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing recommendations, and drink service etiquette Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience working in fine dining or upscale establishments is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to process transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
