Taproom employees are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the taproom. Employees must be knowledgeable about Scholb s beer offerings, brewery history, and events, and be willing to perform a variety of duties to support taproom operations.

Primary ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment.

Serve beer according to established pouring sizes and safety standards.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Scholb beers and brewery history.

Answer questions about the brewery, beer styles, events, and merchandise.

Assist with opening, operating, and closing duties as outlined in the daily checklist.

Maintain cleanliness in all customer-facing and work areas.

Restock merchandise, glassware, and supplies as needed.

Monitor customer behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol laws.

Process sales accurately using the POS system.

Additional DutiesSupport special events, parties, and brewery functions as needed.

Assist with promotional activities and social media content creation when requested.

Help set up or break down taproom furniture and event spaces.

Perform basic maintenance or cleaning tasks when assigned.

Additional duties may be assigned by management at any time.
