Job Overview For Turlock location We have available for Saturday and Sunday 2:15pm - 5:45pm available Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy in orders. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation. Maintain knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set for each guest. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices in food service areas. Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours or special events. Experience Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
