Ltd. is a full-time or part-time, on-site position based in Tustin, CA. The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving items promptly and safely. Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver orders correctly, and maintaining a positive vibe throughout the day to uplift team members and customers. The role also involves answering guest questions about menu items, accommodating dietary preferences where possible, and handling payments in a courteous and efficient manner. The Food Server is expected to maintain high standards of hygiene, follow food safety guidelines, and provide a welcoming environment that reflects Haldiram's brand and values. Flexible salary, based on experience. Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with proven Customer Service skills and the ability to create a positive guest experience. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Food &Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal instructions and positive interaction with Team Members and guests and team members in a fast-paced environment. Basic Cooking or food-handling skills are beneficial, especially for answering menu questions and coordinating with the kitchen. Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays or food items safely, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or quick-service environment is preferred but not required. Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude toward colleagues and supervisors.
