Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and promote repeat business Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Proven ability in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Experience in guest relations, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles enhances your suitability for this position Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing are essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
