Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including specials and recommendations. Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately, handling cash with care and following proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and maintain communication regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, to uphold a fine dining atmosphere. Assist with training new staff members on service protocols and restaurant policies as needed. Experience Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with Aloha POS and OpenTable systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
