Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen to tables, maintaining presentation standards. Clear tables efficiently, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests to keep the dining area clean and inviting. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay special requests or dietary restrictions, supporting smooth food preparation. Use POS systems such as Clover POS to process orders accurately and handle transactions efficiently. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations. Support banquet service or large parties by coordinating with team members to deliver excellent guest service. Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer guest questions confidently. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including serving and food handling. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to engage guests professionally. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for order entry and payment processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience in banquet settings or large-scale events is a plus, demonstrating adaptability under pressure. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting.
