Job Description

Job Description The Food Runner supports restaurant operations by delivering food to guests, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, stocking service stations, and assisting servers and kitchen staff to ensure a positive guest experience. Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide assistance as needed. Assist guests with requests and communicate additional needs to servers or management. Clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards. Stock and replenish condiments, bread, utensils, napkins, and other service items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and work areas in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate with kitchen staff regarding ticket times, order status, and guest needs. Support food quality standards by ensuring orders are complete and delivered correctly. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Promote hotel amenities and services through positive guest interactions. Attend team meetings and pre-shift briefings as required. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times. Help resolve guest concerns and notify supervisors of issues requiring additional assistance. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Food Handler Certification required once hired. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
