Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and dependable Waitstaff team member to join our restaurant team. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests by providing great customer service and working closely with the rest of the staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their experience in hospitality. Responsibilities Welcome guests and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of throughout their visit. Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them clearly with kitchen staff and bartenders. Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or special requests. Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately. Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized during shifts. Work as part of a team to help maintain smooth restaurant operations, especially during busy hours. Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and people skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate items when needed. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
