COMPANY BACKGROUND
Barrel Brothers Brewing Company is a production-scale craft brewery and distillery in the town of Windsor CA founded in 2015. Barrel Brothers is an innovation-focused beverage company that prides itself on its mission to recraft craft beer by utilizing new technologies and methods, and through partnerships with industry thought leaders. In Spring 2023 was the launch of Barrel Brothers Brewing Company kitchen and patio featuring a Sonoma County original 39 tap self-pour tap wall with offerings including craft beer, local wines, non-alcoholic brews, ciders, innovative beyond-beer beverages, and our house made craft cocktails.
Organizational Function:
Front of House Employee Full Time/Part Time 20-32 Hours per week
Hourly Pay:
$18-$20 + Tip Pool allocation Weekends and Evenings required. Responsibilities Delivering food orders to guests during high traffic hours. Monitoring the food portions on completed dishes according to restaurant standards. Ensuring that all orders are completed in time and with the correct priority. Inspecting the cleanliness, presentation, and temperature of completed dishes. Performing the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges. Keeping the cooking, storage, and prep areas clean, neat, and well-stocked. Ensuring all staff adheres to health and safety standards. Restocking Glassware and ice. Assisting all staff as needed. Act as liaison between front of house and back of house operations
Qualifications Previous Experience Required:
Good understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations. Food handling certification and understanding Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Great customer service skills. Ability to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced, and stressful environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, assist where needed, and carry heavy trays This position reports to the acting General Manager and has responsibility for contributing to the day-to-day operations of the front of the house team as well as other strategic objectives of the restaurant management team.
COMPENSATION
