The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment by bussing tables as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Previous experience as a host/host or in guest relations is advantageous.
