Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and daily specials. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service. Uphold safety standards and adhere to health regulations at all times. Skills Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with guests and team members. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently. Good memory for menu details and the ability to recall orders accurately.
