Job Description

Ready to elevate hospitality to an art form? The Lobby Bar in The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa crackles with live music, international energy, and nonstop action. We are hiring Servers who can read the room's pulse, craft memorable moments, and turn high-volume service into an extraordinary performance.
Duties Include:
You'll set the tone for an energetic and unforgettable experience. Your role goes beyond taking orders and delivering drinks - you'll engage with guests, stir up the fun, and create an atmosphere where people can unwind and let loose. Whether you're recommending the best bites or the perfect cocktail, your attention to detail and ability to connect with guests will ensure their time with us is lively and full of energy.

$15.16 / hour + tips

Full Time Year Round and Seasonal Schedule:
Shifts start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm

8/15/2026 or when filled Minimum Requirements The perfect candidate will be at least 21 years old and have strong organizational skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a solid knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and ingredients. With exceptional social skills and the ability to manage multiple guest needs at once, they'll thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Their confidence and attention to detail will ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
