As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. East & Co. - a living hub of hospitality where food, space, and community come together - is searching for Servers to join the opening team of our unique Boulder hospitality venue. East & Co. is a new venture located at 2100 Central Avenue surrounded by a variety of office campuses. This unique building includes a number of high-end concepts including a coffee shop, retail marketplace, full-service restaurant & bar, catering & events, and conference space. Current projected hours of operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday with nights & weekends required as needed for events. Wages are determined by ability, experience and fit, and are a combination of base pay plus tips. Wages will vary based on business volumes and market conditions. Must be 18+ to apply. •Barista experience a plus• Our ideal candidate will have: At least 3 years of fine dining and/or volume service bartending and serving experience A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality Experience with craft cocktails and wine required The ambition to learn and grow with the company The understanding and belief that we go over and above for the guest Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing GoTab POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Cross departmental lines as necessary - all our team is cross-trained in at least one other position to provide extra layers of support for each other
