Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or wine pairings. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with POS systems. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, assisting with food preparation when needed, and supporting sanitation protocols in the dining area. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in guest services and hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing. Excellent communication skills paired with active listening to understand guest needs effectively. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for delivering top-tier service is essential.
