This position comes with eage plus tip. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, utilizing systems like OpenTable or similar reservation platforms. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery. Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing open tabs and processing payments smoothly. Maintain guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Understanding of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume shifts. Demonstrated sales ability through upselling techniques and promoting specials to guests. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and processing payments accurately.
