The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Some management and/or key holder experience is preferred. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Open the restaurant, prepping for the first customers of the day. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Help maintain inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management. Qualifications Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
