Position Summary:

To represent the restaurant with the highest level of service and professionalism while selling and serving a fine dining experience. A Server must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a polite and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary dining experience. The position includes both front server and/or back server responsibilities, and oversees a station in the restaurant by monitoring and managing the guests' comprehensive dining experience.

Position Requirements:

Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. 100% - Walks and stands during entire shift. Must be able to frequently seize, grasp, and hold objects with hands. Must be able to move, carry and lift at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift. Must be of legal age according to CO State regulations to serve alcohol (18 years old).

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Possess excellent communication skills with management, servers, team members and guests. Able to clearly and accurately communicate with guests and co-workers in English (including reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of all menu items served at restaurant, as well as general knowledge of food, wine, and other beverages. Knowledge of standard and classic restaurant service procedures including wine service. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and sanitation skills according to Department of Health standards for hygiene and safe food handling.
