We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Previous serving experience is required. Knowledge of Asian or Chinese cuisine is a major advantage and will be given strong consideration. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders while answering menu questions and making recommendations.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining room.
• Pre-bus and bus tables promptly to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members.
• Follow restaurant service standards and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned. Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
