Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. As a server or bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Sanitize all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment to maintain health and safety standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service of food items alongside beverages. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings to provide informed service. Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices. Requirements Previous experience in food service is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with Toast Tables or similar reservation systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of nightclub operations is beneficial but not required. Must be able to perform bussing duties as needed during peak hours.
