Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Server and become the welcoming face of our lively morning service! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service during breakfast hours. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will set the tone for a memorable dining experience, ensuring guests start their day with a smile. Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and seat them promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve breakfast items efficiently while upselling menu specials and enhancing guest satisfaction through friendly interaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing openTable reservations when applicable. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations. Assist with food preparation or food handling tasks as needed to support overall restaurant service during busy mornings. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or serving roles is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities; attention to detail is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends; previous experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous.
