Run food from the kitchen to the guest tables Set up and breakdown of ceremony and dining room as needed Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance Serve plated dinners or family-style platters to guests and respond to requests Clean up the venue after the event ends and assist with inventory, design storage, and other closeout tasks Look for opportunities to elevate service: fold napkins, fill water glasses, etc Arrive on site at the venue's location at the time scheduled. • Load van prior to event and drive to events location
• Serve during the event
• Load van at end of the night to bring back to kitchen
• Unload van into kitchen Requirements Valid Drivers License Hard worker with a positive attitude Willingness to learn, grow and take initiative.

Ability to communicate well with Event Captain as well as other servers and event organizer Work weekends and nights Willingness to drive to locations such as Denver, Estes, Fort Collins, Idaho Springs and more. able to work 8-12 hour shifts on your feet Work in a fast pace work environment
