Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing friendly and attentive guest relations. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of menu selections. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including coffee, cocktails, wine, and other specialty drinks, demonstrating beverage service expertise. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for processing transactions accurately. Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy breakfast hours.
