Part-Time / Full-Time | 3-4 Days per Week /pôr/ Wine House is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and hardworking Server to join our team in Downtown Louisville! We are a local restaurant specializing in an extensive selection of wines, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and elevated dining experiences. Our wine program features a large selection of wines on tap, as well as a rotating bottle list sourced from smaller, boutique distributors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, works well in a team environment, and is confident providing exceptional service while managing a busy section. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests. Demonstrate knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and premium spirits. Complete the proper Steps of Service. Confidently manage multiple tables. Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management. Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant required. Wine and cocktail knowledge strongly preferred. Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. Weekend availability is required. TIPS certification required. Availability to work 3-4 days per week. Cheers!
