As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that patrons have a memorable time at our establishment. This is a smaller sized family owned restaurant, so all servers are expected to assist with seating guests, taking to-go orders, and bussing tables. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or cash register. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Assist in the kitchen as needed to help prepare food items or assist with culinary tasks. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Skills Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred.
