Job Description

The Club at Pradera is seeking passionate, service-focused Servers and Support Staff to join our team as we launch our newly renovated restaurant in late September. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh dining experience featuring elevated casual cuisine, handcrafted sourdough Neapolitan-style pizzas, an exceptional wine program, and warm mountain lodge-inspired hospitality.

Server The Club at Pradera | Parker, Colorado Position Summary Our Servers are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality, menu knowledge, attention to detail, and exceptional service. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with members, and take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Essential Responsibilities Member & Guest Service Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to members and guests throughout their dining experience. Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized hospitality. Build relationships with members while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, involving management when appropriate. Food & Beverage Service Guide guests through menu selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Accurately take food and beverage orders using the club's POS system. Deliver food and beverages according to club service standards. Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, daily features, and preparation methods. Present and recommend wines, cocktails, and specialty beverages with confidence. Execute bottle wine service according to club standards. Dining Room Excellence Ensure tables are properly maintained throughout service. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address needs. Collaborate with server assistants, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Maintain clean and organized service stations throughout each shift. Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities. Teamwork & Professionalism Support fellow team members during busy service periods. Uphold all club service standards, policies, and procedures. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture. Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in an upscale casual, private club, or full-service restaurant environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Interest in food, wine, and beverage knowledge. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special club events preferred, willing to work with weekday schedules. Pay:
