Priority Process Serve is expanding its coverage across Southern Colorado and is seeking experienced, professional Process Servers to join our national network in Pueblo, and a few outlying areas such as Trinidad and La Junta. Job Overview As an Independent Contractor with Priority Process Serve, you will receive Service of Process assignments through our secure Client Portal, complete service attempts, and submit GPS-verified proof of service — all on your own schedule. We provide the work; you provide the professionalism and local knowledge. Join our dynamic team where your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of legal documents. In this role, you will serve subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other legal notices with professionalism and precision. Your proactive attitude will help facilitate smooth legal processes, support the justice system, and uphold the integrity of service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of legal support services, making a tangible difference in our community. Responsibilities Deliver legal documents promptly to parties at their residence or workplace Follow all legal protocols and procedures for serving documents in accordance with jurisdictional requirements Utilize smart-phone to coordinate and document serve attempts and dispositions Communicate effectively with company leadership regarding job status File proof of service documentation in a timely manner to ensure case progress Use courier skills to navigate various routes efficiently while managing multiple assignments daily Requirements Proven experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role demonstrating reliability and punctuality Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for record keeping and filing tasks Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and legal professionals Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules or routes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential Must have immediate access to a Printer and Scanner to output and input documents and Affidavits Knowledge of local streets, neighborhoods, and courthouses enhances efficiency in service routes Join us if you're motivated by delivering essential services that uphold justice!
