Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Food and Beverage Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional guest experiences will shine. Whether working in a fine dining setting or a bustling nightclub, you'll be the friendly face that elevates every dining experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle food safety and sanitation procedures diligently, including proper food handling and cleanliness standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Engage with guests to foster positive relations and address any concerns promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in both restaurant and nightclub settings Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food handling, food preparation, bussing, and host/hostess duties preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering transactions Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Excellent communication skills and guest relations abilities Previous nightclub or hospitality experience is advantageous Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights guests at every touchpoint!
