The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Clover POS systems. Provide menu recommendations, upsell specials, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash handling responsibilities. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Assist with hosting duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Previous restaurant experience in a server role is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge can enhance service quality. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
