As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining experience. Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
• Assist in food preparation and bussing tables as needed
• Utilize POS systems to input orders and process payments
• Provide exceptional guest services throughout the dining experience Qualifications
• Experience in fine dining service is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards
• Ability to sanitate work areas to maintain cleanliness
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with food service procedures and etiquette
• Competency in using POS systems for order processing
• Willingness to assist in food preparation tasks when necessary
