Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Mopping floors, taking out the trash, and taking care of similar tasks when needed

Skills:

• Knowledge in Chinese hotpot (whether serving it or eating it) a superb plus
• Server experience in food industry preferred
• Strong hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs and concerns
• Punctual and responsible
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services and build positive guest relations
