Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and fast-paced Food Expo to join our team. The Expo is responsible for coordinating food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring all meals are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly. This role is essential to maintaining quality service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Review tickets and organize orders for timely delivery Ensure plates are accurate, complete, and presented properly Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and management Garnish and prepare final touches before food leaves kitchen Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line Monitor ticket times and assist in keeping service flowing smoothly Resolve order issues quickly and professionally Follow food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mindset Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Meal discounts Growth opportunities Supportive team environment
