Max Hospitality Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions when appropriate Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests Handle guest requests, concerns, or special occasions with professionalism and grace Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit transactions Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment Stay up-to-date on menu changes, promotions, and seasonal offerings
What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment required Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, highlighting any allergens Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace Confidence when speaking to guests and creating a memorable experience for them
