Job Description
PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment
Skills:
- Strong food service knowledge and experience
- Proficient in basic math for order taking and bill calculations
- Ability to bus tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Willingness to help other team members as needed
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
- Basic math skills for order taking, bill calculations, and cash handling
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to effectively communicate with kitchen staff
- Friendly, Respectfully, and Honest.
