Our servers get to know our members, work alongside an experienced hospitality team, and provide personalized service in a beautiful private club setting. Consistent availability Wednesday through Sunday is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as scheduled. What You'll Do Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently Learn member preferences and anticipate their needs Maintain polished tables and dining areas Support member dining, banquets, tournaments, and special events Work closely with culinary, bar, and Food & Beverage team members Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Follow Club service, food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards What We're Looking For A genuine hospitality mindset and strong customer service skills Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to stay positive and composed in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous restaurant, banquet, hotel, private club, or hospitality experience preferred Private club experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry approximately 25-30 lbs. Must meet applicable requirements for serving alcoholic beverages TIPS Certification and ServSafe Certification preferred or obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
