Job Description Expected Opening:

We are excited to announce that our restaurant is planning to open during the second week of November, or no later than the third week. We are currently hiring servers to join our team! Job Overview We are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Server, your primary responsibilities will be greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. We are seeking individuals who are personable, attentive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally when they arrive at their tables. Present menus, explain menu items, and answer questions about food and beverages. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the Toast POS system. Communicate customer requests, modifications, and food allergies accurately. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Check on guests throughout their meals to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service. Refill beverages and respond promptly to additional guest requests. Provide menu recommendations when requested. Deliver checks and process customer payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dining area. Work closely with other servers and restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Thank guests for dining with us and provide a positive experience from beginning to end. Requirements Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to take orders accurately and manage multiple tables. Experience using Toast POS is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Willingness to learn the menu and provide helpful recommendations to guests. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
